AssetGuard+

AssetGUARD+ combines the freedom to choose any Higher Ground case, sewn or molded, with complete device coverage that helps reduce downtime and extend life.  When the inevitable accident does happen, repairs and replacements are covered through a simple, hassle-free claims process.

How It Works
- A covered device experiences an issue
- Submit a claim via portal or contact us
- Free shipping labels are provided or pick up is arranged
- Repair or replacement is completed through an authorized repair center and returned (track progress through the portal)

If repair costs exceed the covered value of the device, or repair is not reasonable, the device is replaced based on its original covered value. Replacement devices are then eligible for new coverage under AssetGUARD+.

Compared to standard manufacturer warranties and device protection plans, AssetGUARD+ offers similar protection; with fewer fees, extended coverage, & flexibility.

Pricing Overview

AssetGUARD+ pricing based on:

• Device value at purchase
• Length of coverage (2, 3, or 4 years)

Compared to AppleCare+, AssetGUARD+ generally:

• Has lower upfront cost
• Reduces risk of damage (case)
• Eliminates repair fees
• Offers coverage beyond standard time limits for new and older devices
